We particularly liked that the washer and dryer setup is separate from the other rooms. Here are two interesting extras: located in the main living area, there's a wall-mounted heat pump installed in 2020, and in the living room, a gas fireplace!

As for the exterior, there are no rear neighbors, offering a view of the forest. A spacious fiber balcony allows you to enjoy the upcoming summers. Rodrigue Street is located at the entrance to La Plaine, making commuting easier. The exterior siding was redone in 2024. Additionally, the French drain was redone before the purchase.
